Let us introduce you to POLISH QUALITY project. See WHERE and HOW we promote Polish artists working in the film industry.

POLISH QUALITY project is aimed at the worldwide presentation of Polish artists working in the film industry and their contribution to international film production, especially stop motion animation. Besides having a strong focus on promoting animators, the program showcases of artistic talent such as: puppet makers, set builders and prop makers, not just in the sphere of animation, but also for live action sets and special effects, as well as crew members specialising in animation and miniature capture.

The artisanal quality and craft-based traditions of Polish animation are widely known, but most artists who have worked on globally recognized projects remain largely anonymous. POLISH QUALITY project aims to change this.

MOMAKIN team responsible for coordinating POLISH QUALITY represents crew members who underpinned artistic successes like: Peter and the Wolf dir. Suzie Templeton, Danny Boy dir. Marek Skrobecki, Maska dir. Quay Brothers, The Flying Machine dir. Martin Clapp, plus much-loved animated children’s series such us: Flapper and Friends dir. Krzysztof Brzozowski, The Treflik’s Family dir. Marek Skrobecki, Koyaa dir. Kolja Saksida; creators of sets and props for Solan og Ludvig – Jul i Flaklypa and Solan og Ludvig: Herfra til Flaklypa dir. Rasmus A. Sivertsen, and not forgetting the miniature’s crew in documentary TV series Kids of Courage, and many other projects. As part of POLISH QUALITY artists currently cooperate via MOMAKIN with producers from Germany, Mexico and Slovenia, creating character designs, puppets and taking part in the development of children’s TV series.

In particular, we would like to draw the attention to the artists who were the creators of film sets, puppets and props for the purposes of awarded animated, feature and documentary films. Among those films there are numerous film and television international co-productions.

The person responsible for the POLISH QUALITY project is KATARZYNA GROMADZKA.

Producer, animation talents’ agent and coordinator of Polish Quality project. The alumni of Organization of Film and TV Production at Lodz Film School (PWSFTviT). She started her professional career as a production manager and set manager in commercials and music videos production, as well as working for numerous film festivals (including Camerimage Festival, Se-ma-for Film Festival). In 2010 joined Se-ma-for studio as events coordinator and production assistant. In 2012 she started working as production manager and line producer in Se-ma-for. Co-founder of Momakin, currently acting as executive producer and agency coordinator at Momakin and representative of Polish Quality project promoting Polish artists.
